Partnering with PE Fund and Portfolio Clients across the UK & Europe, Simon leverages several years working in the booming Californian market running high-touch leadership searches for Silicon Valley Tech Scale-Ups.
Simon is a British & French citizen, and holds a dual degree in European Law from Lancaster University & The University of Lorraine in France.
He's a life-long Bath Rugby fan, ever-hopeful golfer and aviation enthusiast.

With a background in accounting and business administration, Christina brings 20 years experience and a meticulous approach, managing the day-to-day workings of our business to promote efficiency and future scalability.

Christina is a Qualified Accountant and holds a BA in English & Communication from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK.

She’s a keen baker, book-lover, and badminton player, and dedicated amateur guitarist with a particular love of 1960's popular music.
Jean ("JJ") Carpizo
EA & Support
JJ provides executive-level support across administration, diary management, content sharing and digital coordination, with helping drive day-to-day delivery of critical client and candidate mandates.
Based in the UK, JJ supports all aspects of business operations, and draws on experience managing projects across multiple time zones and platforms with efficiency and discretion.
JJ is a passionate advocate for animal welfare, investing much of her spare time in support of various charitable causes.
She's also a keen traveller, coffee enthusiast and dog lover.

Ben is Associate Director and Research Leader, conducting market analysis to support our client mandates and leading recruitment across HR, Talent Acquisition, Technology, and Sales—leveraging deep expertise in these areas.

His career spans agency, in-house, and HR consulting roles across the UK, US, and global markets. He founded a start-up search firm before LinkedIn existed and subsequently led talent acquisition at Vodafone and EMC.
​
Ben’s approach is commercial and open-minded, bringing clarity, curiosity, and deep expertise in HR systems, process improvement, and talent strategy.
​
Outside of work, Ben is a part-time rugby coach and referee, an ex-chef, and a “very” village cricketer.
